Let us make specials to your custom specifications. We hold I.D. and
O.D. bore tolerances of up to .001." We'll manufacture any solid
shaft collar, split collar, split or rigid coupling to your blueprint
and typically quote within 24 to 48 hours.
Consider us for specials in production quantities, too. We'll hold your inventory for scheduled releases, letting you maximize your cash flow while minimizing inventory. Materials used include Type 316 stainless steel, Inconel®, titanium, steel, and bronze. We manufacture any style shaft collar, shaft coupling, or rigid coupling in up to a 12" bore and 14" O.D. in unlimited widths.
If you'd like, we'll also retrofit standard split collars and couplings or rigid couplings to non-standard dimensions. Often, after determining the cost to rework a standard shaft collar or coupling, it's more economical to design a special single or double split collar or coupling. Don't assume that just because parts like split collars have special dimensions, they're expensive.
